Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping

Standard shipping will be delivered by the postal service in the destination country. This item is currently only sold in the US.

For expedited shipping, we will select a different shipping provider depending on the destination. Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination and order size. Shipping costs and the shipping provider will be displayed at checkout.

  • How long will it take for my order to ship?
  • We strive to ship your order from our warehouse within 1-6 business days. However, please be patient if your order requires additional time for inspection/refinement, especially during the peak sales season at the end of the year.

 

Furthermore, although we try our best to avoid this, your order may still be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.

You may occasionally see an unusually long estimated delivery time at checkout. This may be because some products are currently out of stock and we are restocking.

  • How long does standard shipping take after the goods are shipped? The estimated delivery time displayed on the checkout page includes shipment preparation time and total shipping time. Delivery time varies by country. In short, shipping time alone can take some time.

Standard shipping delivery time cannot be guaranteed as its speed is affected by a variety of factors. The times listed above are estimated times required for postal services and do not include customs processing time in the destination country. In some cases, local customs in your country may require additional documentation and time for clearance, which can further delay delivery.

  • So, how long does express delivery take?

For most countries worldwide, express delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after shipment. However, delivery times may sometimes be slightly longer. Therefore, please refer to the estimated delivery time displayed on the courier company's tracking page. You can find a link to this tracking page in an email sent to you by our system after your package has been shipped.

  • How do I check my order status?

Log in to your account (the account you used to place the order) and then click "Track Order". In some cases, carrier tracking information may be available 1-2 business days after order shipment.

  • Will my package be delivered to my home or to the post office for me to pick up?

Your footbag will be delivered to your home. While rare, door-to-door delivery may not be available in some cities/regions/countries.

  • When will my order ship?

Orders using standard shipping methods will be processed within 3 business days. Please understand that order processing times may be longer during holidays and peak periods. Customs and postal services may also require additional processing/delivery time before peak seasons or major holidays (such as Valentine's Day). Please refer to your local government website for details on holidays in your destination country. Also note that pending payment authorization may cause order delays.

  • Why do I need to pay standard shipping fees for my order?

Generally, orders totaling over $35 (after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping; otherwise, a flat shipping fee applies. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For expedited shipping, please contact customer service; additional charges will apply.

Import Duties and Fees

Some countries outside the United States may levy import duties, tariffs, and other related customs fees on imported goods. These fees are not included in the amount you pay us. If applicable, these fees will be determined and collected by the customs authorities of the destination country.
